We are stealing a workout from our Catalyst Program today. Lots of hip extension on this one. Deadlifts, kettlebell swings, and box jumps. We are really going to be hammering on you about tight, flat backs on your deadlifts. Any rounding of the back and we will be stripping off weights during the workouts. Trying to do the workout Rx’d is not worth an injured back. Remember, private eyes are watching you. If you made it to the end of that video, then you are a stronger person than I am.
