So do you ever look at a WOD on the website and just dread going in to the gym for the rest of the day? Or maybe not go into the gym at all? I know I do. Last night when we were drawing up the WOD, I almost hesitated to let Jason throw in the burpees. Why? Because I HATE them! But, I guess I just need to suck it up and do them like everyone else.
