So do you ever look at a WOD on the website and just dread going in to the gym for the rest of the day? Or maybe not go into the gym at all? I know I do. Last night when we were drawing up the WOD, I almost hesitated to let Jason throw in the burpees. Why? Because I HATE them! But, I guess I just need to suck it up and do them like everyone else. Stupid burpees!

ha! i didn’t even notice this pic. ewan has become my pre-WOD warmup. i’m thinking of letting you all have a go at it – today he did all of the basic 5 with me (sans pullups), even the benchpress v. push ups. he didn’t get how to stay in a ball for turkish getups, though (thank the lord).
