On the minute for 8 min

2 Power Snatches @ 80%-85% of 1 RM
3 Handstand Push Ups

Scale handstand push ups as needed.  Snatches should be heavy.  Complete 8 rnds.  For each round not completed on the minute interval, there is an 8 burpee penalty.
