Tomi Rocking It

One of the main reasons we CrossFit is so that we can have more fun. We encourage you to play…run, jump, climb on stuff, swing around on the monkey bars at the playground with your kids, or do handstands. Do these things often. They are fun and you actually get quite a lot out of them. Tomi and Andy told us that they have been practicing handstands in their back yard. I’m guessing that it’s not all business during these practice sessions, because I know that I laugh out loud when I see people fall down, especially when I know them.  Or I guess you could just watch tv or do some online gaming.
