What is a wall ball double up?! sounds scary. I would like to come in and time an 800, but instead I will be sitting with a bunch of 5/6 yr olds. I did sign up to do that, right?
Lee, you have to do an extra squat while the ball is in the air. It was pretty fun.

I have been doing those get-ups with my kids and I tried to do it with Lee once. I only succeeded in rolling her over me and I didn’t even do that very well. That is pretty impressive that he can do that.
