We want to say thank you again to everyone who helped with the move this past weekend. Just sitting here tonight and looking at all the progress that has been made in this once empty space really makes us feel thankful for all of the wonderful members and friends that we have. We definitely could not have made this move without your help. Heck, we wouldn’t be open without all of you. So once again, “THANK YOU!”

Next item of business. We are doing deadlifts today, both in the strength session and also in the WOD. Lumbar curves will be under strict scrutiny. Any rounding of the back will result in stopping where you are and doing deadlift therapy. This is not for us to be jerks, but because we care about your health and well being.
