Yesterday was intentionally a light day. Anyone who did 16 x 110 yd ad max effort definitely needed to rest their legs. However, the gymnastics skills are very important for developing overall body strength. I heard several people say, “it seems like it should be so easy!”, but it’s not. Tripods, frogstands, headstands, handstands, and L-sits are all things that you can practice at home on days that you come to the gym. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your core gets strong when you practice these things regularly.
