The details of the Paleo challenge are in their final stages of approval. Basically there will be some benchmark workouts that will be done at the beginning and end of the challenge in order to measure performance increases. There will also be a point system for adhering to the nutritional guidelines which will be announced shortly.

Did you say sandwich?? Yummmm sandwich….last day for grain, dairy,and sugar for those of you that are choosing to participate in the 30 day nutrition challenge. Missy is putting together all of the details as far as rules go, she is also working on providing y’all with some print offs with information regarding what to eat and all that fun stuff. Where are the details of the challenge? I have only checked the website like 200 times today.
By the way, I prepared nicely for the challenge. I went to work at 4:00AM, drank 3 cups of coffee, went and got breakfast burrito, had coke, then a mtn dew, then another breakfast burrito, and just had a beer. Yikes!! I feel like hell. I may puke during the WOD tomorrow (at 1PM – taking the day off from work).
