PR’s were dropping all day long yesterday! We had a total of 16 PR’s in one day. I remember when we didn’t even have 16 members! Great work everyone. There will still be a few more days of 1RM’s coming up, so be prepared to move some (more) weight and keep putting up those big numbers! We can’t tell you all how proud we are of you!
