Sometimes the WOD taxes in ways that we wouldn’t expect. We see a light weight and then are crushed via cardio. We see a small number of reps and then are crushed by muscular fatigue. The exercises, reps, weights, etc are pretty well thought out…not just a hodgepodge of stuff. Today we’ll hopefully be getting at those monkey-fists. Can somebody say hook grip?
