Everyone did great on yesterday’s workout! You picked manageable weights and kept up a great intensity. There was hardly any standing around and resting. When you got tired it was small sets and short rests – perfect! A few people got their first chest to bar pull ups too.

 

Alrighty, we mentioned yesterday that we will be having a cook out following open gym on Saturday. We’re tossing around the idea of having it a little later in the day so that people will have more time to get their food masterpieces in order. Please post to the comments if it would be more convenient to hang just after open gym (noon), around 3, or around 5. We will be providing a grill, a mesquite wood fire, a few racks of smoked pork ribs, and a little other misc. meat. The rest is pot luck. Bring a meat to throw on the grill or a side dish, it’s up to you. One of your lovely paleo creations would be aweseome! Saturday is the 30th, officially the last day of the challenge. Good news is that everything at the pot luck will be considered paleo and NOT a cheat day (beer especially).

 

Since we’re on the topic of the challenge, please turn in final food logs ASAP so we can see who the winner is. From what I’ve seen so far there will be some stiff competition.
