Woo hoo! It’s Friday and it’s an obstacle course day! Be ready to have a good time, but still get some work done. Yesterday was a pretty cool day. Hats off to Eric for the fastest 800m run with a time of 2:36 and Hank for the fastest tire flip at 28 seconds as well as the 1000m row at 3:28. For the ladies, top honors went to Lee at 2:56 on the run, Mara at 37 seconds on the tire flip, and Mara again at 4:12 on the row. These are the days that are easy to skip out on because let’s be honest, who wants to run 800m or row 1000m? I mean the tire flip is fun, but the other stuff is really just painful. Thank you to everyone who came in and gave it their best effort. It was fun to watch!
