Good job to everyone who came out and gave the CrossFit Games workout another try! I don’t think we had anyone who didn’t better their first attempt. It will be like that. After you have gone through it once, you will have a much better understanding of how to do the workout. You’ll know when you will get tired, when you can rest, and when you need to GO! We’re not asking that everyone does the workout 4 or 5 times each week, but doing each of them twice will only get you a better score! We had several spectators come and give their support and it was awesome! What an amazing atmosphere to work out in. I don’t know if everyone noticed, but when time was running out our hangar was LOUD!!! So cool to be a part of that. THANK YOU!!!
If you are planning on doing this weeks’ Games WOD on Wednesday…DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go super heavy on the squats today. Just get in some good solid reps.
