We had our first session of catalyst yesterday and it was awesome to see all the new people. Make sure you stop and say Hi when you see them–pretty soon they will start being your competition in the wods
. Today’s wod is a classic. And one of the first crossfit videos that Jason and I watched. I remember being so intimidated when I watched those girls dominate that wod. I watched it today and I was still intimidated. They are really kicking some butt! So here is your chance to try nasty girls at home or at least at your home gym.

i’m so spent from this one! did on my own: max press 85#; time 9:59; 1 mod; WOD weight 45#. i almost fell down the stairs after all of those squats…
so…holden is watching this vid with me and just asked me, “why is it called ‘nasty girls’? ’cause only girls can do it?” haha! yay baby!
woops. did not realize that i was supposed to sub in 2 dips + 2 pull ups for every muscle up, so my time is null and void. it’s hard to figure out while doing this on my own!
