Choose your weights wisely!

I guess I could have been a bit more descriptive…choose your own weight and how you want to get it overhead. Accumulate 5k pounds for men and 3k pounds for the ladies. Example: If Lee chooses a weight of 150 pounds, she must lift it from ground to overhead 20 times. A little tip here…fewer reps is not always better.

I am just going to do 1000# 5x, use my truck, some pullies and a climbing rope.
I will get there early to rig everything up

I don’t know who that guy on the right is….he looks sort of like Andy but waaaay different! Nice work on the WOD today 1 o’clockers that was a really hard but fun workout! We also had a new face visit the gym, excellent work today Laurie I look forward to seeing you again!
