Two Mikes in one week. Today we get to celebrate Mike McCort’s birthday. Mike came to Conviction CrossFit shortly after a knee surgery. Barely able to do something that kind of resembled a partial squat, he showed up regularly and put in quality time. He used to joke about one day doing a WOD as Rx’d and recently has been knocking them out left and right. For his birthday WOD, he came to us with a list of exercises and wanted something to a filthy fifty format, so we did the best we could. Here’s to you Mike McCort, and thanks for the mountain biking lessons that one day!
