Have fun with this one. For all practical purposes, this is a clean and jerk ladder. There will not be strict rules on press outs and such, just get it over head. Work on good mechanics as this will be the most efficient way to get the best lift possible. You get as many attempts as you can get within 20 seconds and then on to the next bar as long as you get it locked out over head.
