So during the 4:30 class I was learning how to be an HVAC guy and trying to get a heater up and running (please excuse our construction mess). Also during that time, Missy was destroying workouts. Yes, I said workouts plural and not workout singular. She put up a 2:31 in the 3,000# G2O workout from Tuesday and then put up 8.6 rounds in yesterday’s AMRAP. That is some seriously strong work! Next time why don’t you just wait until Saturday morning and do the whole week’s worth of workouts in one day!

Today’s workout brings back an old friend…the bench press. It has probably been quite a while since any of us have even considered doing that exercise usually reserved for power lifters and meat heads, but it does have it’s place…occasionally. Here’s the demo video courtesy of CrossFit HQ:
