We’ve all had that moment following a workout when we’ll grab onto just about anything to keep us from shaking uncontrollably. After the 5 rounds of 5 thrusters, 5 pullups, and 5 burpees Andy was even willing to grab onto the wretched thing that caused him the pain. I’m not really going anywhere with this narrative, I just thought it was a funny picture.
On to the serious stuff…
WOD
7 RFT
5 Hang power clean (50% bodyweight for women, 75% for men)
20 Lateral hurdle hops (12″ / 16″)
10 Minutes from the beginning of the workout, we will begin another 7 rounds
Jen, way to power through with cramping feet!
