Wow….My time is just horrible. Killer workout Lee. Felt like I was doing nothing but Dead lifts for a while there…that is until my hands tore and I had to modify.
Those of you who have already worked out may want to check the bottom of your shoes, I had my MOJO crushed this morning during the workout and I do belive it spilled all over the floor. Everyone who will be there at 4:30 and after, find a nice dry spot on the floor and enjoy.
Yes, those deadlifts turned out to be HEAVY! Thanks for creating a genius workout, Jason! Thanks to everyone who toughed it out today. Sorry bout your MOJO, Andy. I LOVE this place!
