First things first. Andy- I apologize for not properly addressing your “saved by the kettlebell” comment the other day. It was epic. Keep ‘em coming!

This workout was modeled after the “King Kong” workout as seen in the following video. I am amazed at what the human body can do. Keep in mind that this guy is like 185 pounds or so, maybe 190 on a good day. So I’m not sure what the correct acronym is for this (NWFS I think), but there is some foul language in the background music during the video. Turn your speakers down if you are in a sensitive environment.
