There was some open gym madness this past Saturday. It seems like there was like 20 people there at some point! Thanks for coming in and making it fun!

 

Usually when we post a death by WOD you start out by completing 1 rep the first minute, then two the second, etc. The workout seems excessively easy for the first few minutes and then out of nowhere seems excessively hard. Today’s will be a little different. The goal will be to maintain a moderately higher level of intensity throughout the entire time, instead of starting low and ramping up. This is very similar to Cindy. Rx will be to do 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 air squats on the minute, every minute until failure. We’d like for yo to get at least 10 rounds so check your results from the last time we did Cindy and scale accordingly. A good scaling would be 3 pull ups, 7 push ups, and 11 air squats.
