This is one of the reasons why I don’t have a Facebook page. Your birthday workout is coming Drew! The CrossFit tradition is that you get to make your own workout for your birthday. Drew has already expressed his interest in performing multiple repetitions of curls. Prescribed weights will be 12 oz for women and a full pint for men.

Partner AMRAP 20 minutes

22 Ballistic sit ups (6# ball)

42 Box jumps (20/24)

22 Walking lunges carrying a plate (25/45)

Only one partner may work at a time during the box jumps and walking lunges. Reps can be divided however you wish. Use your rest time wisely while your partner is working. The rest time will allow you to be more intense during your work session. You may not rest your weight on any object (other than yourself) while your partner is lunging.
