HP and EP were doing some killer headstands on Tuesday!

 

Good work yesterday! Death by workouts are always a little deceiving. This one had the 9 round or do it again minimum so it was pretty tricky. It always seems so easy on the first few rounds and then all of a sudden you have about 3 seconds of rest before beginning the next round. We had 16 people go through the wod and 8 of you hit the 9 round minimum. Great job! Seriously, I don’t think you all know how much it means to us to see you work that hard every day. You have made a commitment to your health and your fitness and we can tell that you mean business! Way to tear it up.

 

I believe that there may be a person or two having a do over of the Games WOW (workout of the week) today after the 1pm. Let us know if you want to be a part of that. We will also be getting after it again on Saturday. If you want to give it a go during one of the regular class times, please let us know so that we can make sure and have someone to count your reps and also coach the regular class.
