Can you believe that we are over a month into out nutrition challenge? I’m not sure about the rest of you but I almost don’t feel like I’m in a challenge anymore–its starting to just feel like life! Which is what we are aiming for! Amazing recipies have been posted and PRs seem to happen daily along with talk of how many cheat days so and so has left and what so and so ate on their cheat day
. Now that we have just under a month left really start working on your goals. KEEP logging your food and your wods and please keep sending them to me (melissagust@gmail.com) or drop them off at the gym for one of us to look at. GET CREATIVE with what you are eating–change it up. Variety will keep you from being bored with what you are eating and make you less apt to cheat. KNOW your weaknesses and tackle them! Some of us at the gym (no names mentioned) have a weakness for beer. The following is dedicated to them:
