Hank. Member #1 as we know him around here. He was practically beating our door waiting on us to open. If you have ever worked out with Hank, you have probably seen him in the “recovery position” as demonstrated in the photo. One of Hank’s many strengths is his lung capacity. He just doesn’t quit, and he has chosen a birthday workout that plays to that strength.

Nice birthday workout Hank! I am still a little shaky, but glad to know I already did it. It makes the rest of the day seem easy.
