i don't really know who stretched the farthest
Everybody has said at some point in their life that “it’s a good hurt.” Is there really any such thing? Today we’re going to experience a different kind of hurt than the usual CrossFit trauma. Michael is going to be taking us through a mobility wod where we will stretch and use lacrosse balls to really pinpoint hotspots and areas where we can improve upon range of motion. Relax a little and have a good time with this one!
