The southwest regional competition of the 2011 CrossFit Games has officially concluded. The full results are here. Missy came in 22nd in one of the toughest regions in the country, if not the world. We would like to thank everyone who came out to support Missy and watch the action. We know it meant a lot to her and she can’t wait to do it again next year! I’ve got some videos of the competition and I’ll get them up as soon as I get them all downloaded and junk.
