Today we continue our “Fight Gone” series with Fight Gone Weird. Sometimes it’s fun to have a surprise, so we’re going to surprise you by not posting the workout. You’ve gotta come in to find out!

I don’t know if it is because this was the end to a long week or what, but this seemed harder than the normal FGB. I liked it.
