Yep, you read that right. Dr. Hamilton will be coming in tomorrow to work us over. If you have any aches, pains, or weirdness going on then you should see him. It’s a first come first served kind of thing, so show up early and get your spot in line! He works on people as small as newborns as well, so bring your kids if they are having problems too.

Holy crap. I was dreading that, but that was fun, sort of. I really wanted to start walking at about 800m.
Last track meet of the summer on Thursday! Bring the kids. We have our kids run the 100m and the 200m. The 100m starts right at 6PM, so you will want to be there by 5:30 or so for that. The 400m is at 6:35.
