This WOD is going to be a little different. You are going to get to pick the amount of reps that you do. It may work out well, but it may be a disaster. In the grand scheme of things…it’s just one workout. Choose a rep scheme that will be a challenge for you and don’t just cruise this one. We kind of had 7 in mind as being the original Rx. 8 would be absolutely brutal.

WOD

On the minute, for 10 rounds

x pull ups

x squats

x push ups

On 3-2-1 go you will do x reps of each exercise. Then at minute 1 you will do x reps of each exercise again. The goal is to get through 10 rounds without missing the minute cut off. If you don’t make it, you still have to finish all 10 rounds.
