What a great workout yesterday! I always love doing some of the classic “girls” workouts. Thanks for making it happen Jenny! Awesome intensity, all day long. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to hang out with.

 

So we’re doing some cleans in the strength portion of our workout today. Check out the video below and just ignore the jerk part. All we’re concerned about today is getting the bar to your shoulders. It doesn’t have to be a full squat clean, but you should be able to do more that way.
