So technical difficulties have prevented posting this earlier in the day…and also prevented me from getting any pics up. Sorry!

Welcome back Jodi !!! It was great to have your smile back in the box yesterday morning!

So about the time I was moving from Washington, a couple guys from CrossFit Fort Vancouver were starting their own printing and design company. They’ve been up and running for a while now and George sent us some samples. Their shirts are extremely high quality and the ones he sent us were organic cotton that was super soft! Anyways, shout out today goes to George Corbo and Kris Murphy of Manimal Wear.

Shout out #2 goes to another manimal, Andy Rendell. He tried out a new “style” of breaking up reps and resting yesterday and really put up a great time in the wod because of it. He also implements a great strategy of resting at the bottom of the push up so that he doesn’t have to use extra energy to lower himself for the next rep! Way to WOD smart Andy!
