Speaking of burning stuff…I’d expect some burning chest and arm muscles today. Cindy is a workout that makes you wonder how push ups got to be so hard. You start to look forward to the “rest” time you get during the squats! There are 2 different ways that you can approach this workout:

1) Pace yourself and maintain a moderately fast, even pace and save some gas in the tank for a sprint at the end.

2) Go as hard and fast as you can for as long as you can, and then limp through the end.

I’ve always been a #1 kind of guy, because I like to think that I’m applying “strategy” to the workout. I’ve come to realize that IT’S A WORKOUT, not a see if you can just beat the other guy session.  There is some level of competition, and that is healthy to keep pushing us, but you will ultimately see greater gains in your level of fitness by being a #2.
