Today’s pic is from The 2010 CrossFit Games. Every year the best of the best come together and do some amazing feats of human performance. It is pretty inspirational to watch people give it their all. The Affiliate team that won was CrossFit Fort Vancouver, where I used to train! Not only are those people great athletes, but they are just good people too. Go Green!

Seriously disappointed in my baseline today. How can the those 10 pullups be so defeating?!
Yay Baseline! I can’t wait to see all the improvements from the last time we did it.

So far today we’ve had Johnny improve his baseline time by 49 seconds, Shondra by 12, and Andy by 104 seconds!! I can’t wait to see what the 4:30 class brings.
As if watching the games this weekend wasn’t enough excitement….today I got to witness Brett tackle Baseline for the first time and kill it, then Andy improve by 104 seconds!!!! I am really looking forward to the 4:30 class.
