All right people. Three things:
1) Don’t forget about Mary’s yoga class tomorrow at 11:00 am. Now that you’ve got the muscles, she’ll show you how to keep them limber!
2) You need to “Like” us on Facebook. Not the Conviction CrossFit group, but the page. Go to the search bar in Facebook and type us in. You can join in on the group too, but be sure and like the page. I’ve been trying to give an update or two throughout the day so be sure and be part of the “in” crowd!
3) Summer track meet sponsored by Boulder Road Runners. You all know your 400m pace for a WOD, but do you really know how fast you can go on an all out 400m dash? If you don’t want to run the 400m, there are a plethora of other distances to choose from. All the deets are in the link, meet starts @ 6pm @ CU’s Frank Potts Field.
Ok the box jumps in the WOD are big. Shoot for about 85% of your max. You shouldn’t be able to just knock them out back to back either. Each one should require a reload and big effort. The pull ups are just for fun.
