No more 11:00am class!
It has moved to 1:00pm.
If you haven’t heard already…Mary has a yoga class Tuesdays at 10:00am up here at the gym. Come out and learn some tricks! It’s not sissy yoga either.
On August 19, we ran 1 mile for time. Today’s goal is to beat that mile time. You should be able to do that quite easily, as you will be completing a mile in 400m intervals with rest time between.

Start at about 50-65% of your 1RM and then complete 1 rep every minute (adding weight each time) until failure.

I was looking at an awesome picture of my friend Mary from CF Fort Vancouver crossing a goal that she reached off the white board and I thought man that must feel good, I then thought why not set up a goal board at our gym? So…. we now have a goal board above the radio! Feel free to put what you are working on or would love to be able to do someday. Let see how it feels to reach those goals together.
