The 2012 CrossFit Games are upon us. Workout 12.1 was released last night at 6pm. Ben, Brian, Missy, and Justin got a chance to give it a shot and they absolutely loved it! That’s a lie. We were expecting something like:

 

 

But instead, we got something worse:
