    WOD: 2RFT 50 Reverse Wall Balls 14/20 to a ten foot target, 50 Front Squats 65/95lbs, 50 Pushups. 24 minute cut off.

    WOD:  3 Rounds 100 meter x 3 on a 40 second interval Rest three minutes between rounds.

    WOD: 4RFT Run 200 meters 7 Clean & Jerks 95/135 12 Pullups
