    WOD Strength Hang power snatch then…. Dead lift 10-8-6 This saturday, July 4th, the gym will only be open for a 9:30 WOD.  We will have a special WOD to celebrate Independace day.  Hope to see ya’ll there.

    WOD 30-20-10 Sandbag walking lunges 35/50 Lateral sandbag hops (over and back is 1) KB hang squat clean to thruster 35/55
