    Snatch Technique. WOD: 5 Rounds for Time: 3 Hang Power Snatch 75/115, 3 Power Snatch 75/115, 3 Hang Squat Snatch 75/115, 3 Squat Snatch 75/115, Run 320 Meters.

    WOD: AMRAP 12 1 muscle up, 2 hang power clean, 3 squats. Every round add one rep to each movement. For example round two would be: 2 muscle ups 3 hang power clean 4 squats

    WOD:  2 rounds for time: 100 double unders 40 pushups 20 kettlebell snatch (each arm) 35/55 Strength:  Push-press: 5-5-5
