    Death by cleans WOD Minute 1 – 1 Clean 95/135 Minute 2 – 2 Cleans Minute 3 – 3 Cleans Continue this pattern until required reps cannot be completed in the minute, then complete 1 mile run.

    WOD “Chelsea” EMOTM 30 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Squats Scale to the appropriate number of reps per movement to maintain quality and integrity of your reps throughout the WOD. Your coaches will be watching!
